I started porcelain painting in 1995, under the tutelage of Rosemary Oh. Since then, I have developed profound interest in this fine art. In the year 2000, I started teaching the art of porcelain painting at the encouragement of Rosemary who was preparing to leave for Singapore and wished the legacy of porcelain painting art would continue to spread to the people of Hong Kong if her students begin teaching.

I conduct my classes from my home studio in Happy Valley. I teach painting on porcelain tiles, plates, vases, tea sets, lamps on a variety of objects such as

Flowers: morning glories, roses, sunflowers, peonies, hydrangeas, tulips, narcissuses, lilies, lotus

Animals: dogs, cats, tigers, dragons, horses, zebras, rabbits, giraffes, squirrels, deer

Birds: swans, swallows, cockatoo, eagles, falcons, cranes, dragon flies, penguins, butterflies

Chinese & contemporary features: sceneries, characters

Others: fishes, fruits, fairies

CLASS SCHEDULE

Mondays and Thursdays: 10am - 1pm

I have openings on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for a group of six
